We numb ourselves with distractions and endless to-do lists, convincing ourselves of their importance.

Yet, in quiet moments, we glimpse a deeper meaning, a sublime truth that casts a fleeting light on our existence. All too often the demands of our "normal" lives quickly bury these glimpses, perpetuating a cycle of busyness and estrangement.

Meditation coaching is a bridge between the limited sense of the me-self and the boundless experience of the (yogic) Self. It's a state of gentle compassionate observation where we can witness the ego's activities without being completely consumed by them.

This allows us to gradually identify less with our personalities and move closer to inner peace and freedom.

It is definitely a process, not a goal.
